WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE AND WHAT DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
You can track your order at any time online via our Track My Order page. You will need to provide your email address and order number. You also can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.
NOTE: All deliveries to within India are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping method only. For Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar islands or any other Indian islands, Middle East, The USA, Europe and Asia-Pacific, please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations.
Which currency can I buy in?
We ship to more than 150 countries and accept payments in Indian Rupees and US Dollars. You also have the option to set your country preferences from the country switcher available on the top of the website.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at AmitGTCouture.com?
AmitGTCouture.com accepts credit card payments through a secure online server, as the security of your information is very important to us. We use some of the best physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to make sure your information stays secure.
Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. (Please keep the external packaging material for our courier partners to inspect.) Please email us at customercare@amitgtcouture.com immediately with a picture of the package.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide to over 150 countries. You can access the list of country via the "ship to" drop down at the top of the page. Our courier partner for India is Blue Dart and UPS for rest of the world.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary by item and label. For delivery of accessories we typically take 1-2 weeks from the time the order is placed. Garments typically take 4-6 weeks from the day the order is placed to reach you. You can check the estimated delivery time on the specific item description page or in the order status in your account for items that you have ordered.
Can I redirect an order after I've already submitted the order?
If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us. It is not possible to change addresses to a different country once your order is already shipped.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping is Free within India.
For all other countries shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Charges are Rs 2500 for order below Rs 50000 and Rs 5000 for orders above Rs 50000.
Multiple Shipments
Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number.
Special Items
Some perfumes and makeup are treated as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). The Indian Government requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Accordingly, these HAZMAT items cannot be shipped outside India addresses. However, we will distribute our perfumes and makeup line through Dubai in future.
Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to ship items made of exotic skins to India.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?
We ship merchandise ordered on AmitGTCouture.com to all states in India, Middle East (except for perennially war-struck locations), Asia-Pacific, the USA and Europe.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses?
At the moment we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses due to courier restrictions.

DO YOU SHIP ORDERS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?
Once an order is placed at AmitGTCouture.com, you cannot make changes. For assistance please write to us at customerservice@amitgtcouture,com.
WHAT IF I AM NOT PLEASED WITH MY SELECTION? CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASE?
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy.
You have an option for returning/exchanging merchandise purchased online (except for Made-to-Order item) by mail/parcel/courier only and that too if you have not broken or snipped off Price tag seal. Kindly read the guidelines in our Return Policy carefully. All returns/exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 10 days from the day the order was received.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE?
We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on sale at any time. All swimwear, underwear, altered or custom-made merchandise and sale items are considered Final Sale.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
It takes 10-12 business days to process your return. Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive a credit towards a future purchase at AmitGTCouture.com. For orders returned outside India, please note that any import duty, Sales Tax or VAT or any other duty, charges, taxes paid locally at the time of receipt of merchandise will not be refunded as they had not been charged online by AmitGTCouture.com.
CAN I EXCHANGE/ALTER MY MADE-TO-ORDER ITEM?
We do not allow exchanges for made on order items.
In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However you will have to bear shipping charges. Please contact customerservice@amitgtcouture.com for further assistance.
What Is Your Return Policy for Beauty Products?
Returns accepted within 7 days. Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, freebies and accessories intact. Exceptions: Returns accepted within 30 days e.g. wrong product, defective/damaged. Damaged/ Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Customer satisfaction is our goal at AmitGTCouture.com. Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you're unhappy with the quality, or if we've sent you the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.

WILL MY ORDER BE TAXED?
Sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the state in India to which you are shipping your order, and depends on whether there is an Amit GT retail store location (but not a wholesale presence) in that particular state. Typically, sales tax displayed during checkout is estimated until the order has shipped. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards, but items paid for with gift cards are subject to taxation.
Our website does participate in tax-free holidays.
DUTIES & TAXES
For all customers living outside India, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. You will not have to pay VAT or sales taxes, but there may be other local taxes that you need to pay to receive your order.
